My journey into the world of Reiki began at a time of great transformation. During the Covid period, after two years of living in America, I discovered the world of wellness and embarked on a profound holistic journey, which triggered a true spiritual awakening. Life then took me to Abu Dhabi, where for the first time I attended live courses in sound healing, guided meditation, and other energetic practices that expanded my awareness. I then moved to Dubai, and that's where fate worked its magic: I met Zakia, my mentor, who introduced me to the world of Reiki. With her, I was able to discuss face-to-face topics that until then I had only explored on my own — it was a powerful, completely unexpected encounter that marked a turning point in my life.
In 2021 I achieved the first and second level of Reiki, and after two years of intense practice, in 2023 I completed the path with the third level and the Master. Today I returned to Italy with the intent of making known and spreading this wonderful healing and awareness tool, and of collaborating with those who, like me, have chosen to work on their psychophysical well-being.
